Nadia’s Story
For Nadia, baking has never been just about flour and sugar — it has always been about love, tradition, and family.
Every year, one month before Norouz, her childhood home would transform into a warm, fragrant kitchen filled with the aroma of cardamom, rosewater, and freshly roasted pistachios. Side by side with her mother, Nadia carefully shaped cookies, decorated delicate pastries, and arranged trays of traditional Persian sweets with pride. Those long evenings of preparation, laughter, and storytelling planted the seed of a lifelong passion.
What began as a cherished Norouz tradition slowly grew into a calling.
Determined to refine her craft, Nadia attended culinary school where she professionally trained in baking and pastry arts. After graduating, she began working in restaurants, gaining hands-on experience and sharpening her skills in both flavor development and presentation.
But her heart was always drawn back to something more personal.
So, Nadia decided to continue baking for family gatherings, celebrations, and community events. Her sweets quickly became the highlight of every occasion — loved not only for their authentic, rich flavors but also for their elegant, artistic designs.
Encouraged by friends and family who fell in love with her creations, Nadia made the decision to turn her passion into her own business — sharing the beauty and taste of Persian sweets with a wider community.
Today, every pastry, cake, and Norouz sweets box she creates carries the warmth of her childhood memories, the professionalism of her culinary training, and the artistry she has carefully developed over the years.
From her kitchen to your celebration table — welcome to a tradition made with love.
